These Terms of Service govern the use of the Ekhora application (the "App"), provided by Maksym Shtohryn. By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm your age and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for actions taken within your account. Provide accurate information about yourself and do not impersonate another person.
You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic, or hateful, as well as spam, fraud, or malicious code. It is prohibited to post anywhere in the App — including names, descriptions, tags, photos, community names and descriptions, posts and messages — symbols, names, slogans or insignia of hate groups, extremist or terrorist organizations, or content glorifying them; sexually explicit content or nudity; depictions of violence or cruelty, content glorifying violence, or calls to violence; photos of minors in which the user does not appear. We remove such content and may restrict or close the violator's access to the App. Harassment, stalking, and any behavior that threatens the safety of others are prohibited. We provide reporting and blocking tools; content that violates these rules may be removed, and access may be restricted. Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual extortion, is strictly prohibited. Rights to the content you create (photos, texts, messages) remain yours. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, technically adapt (resizing, transcoding), and display this content to other users solely as part of the App's operation. The license ends when the content or account is deleted, except for technical and backup copies retained for a limited time. You are responsible for having the right to post such content.
Certain of your actions are visible to other users: posts in communities, the responses you give to the authors of posts, and the responses you receive.
The App contains virtual items (gems, stones, cosmetics, cards) and paid subscriptions.
Gems and stones are internal counters of the App. Gems are granted free of charge within a daily limit that is the same for all users, and are not sold for money. Stones are granted as a response from other users. Neither of them is your property, neither has monetary value outside the App, and neither can be exchanged for money or transferred to other persons.
Cosmetics and cards are provided under license for use within the App, are not your property, have no monetary value outside the App, and are not exchangeable for money or transferable.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store (Google Play) and are subject to its rules; subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled in the store's settings. Refunds are handled according to the store's policy and applicable law. We may change the composition, prices, and availability of virtual items and subscriptions. Consumers may have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days. By agreeing to immediate access to paid features, you confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may set and change reasonable limits on the use of individual features, including the daily number of actions, including in order to protect the service from abuse. Such limits are the same for all users and do not depend on payment.
Personality tests, analytics, archetypes, and related materials are provided for self-reflection, insight, and entertainment. They are not psychological, medical, or other professional diagnosis or advice and do not replace consulting a specialist.
The App itself, its design, text, images, and code belong to Maksym Shtohryn or are used lawfully and are protected by law. Copying, decompiling, or using them outside the scope of normal use of the App is prohibited.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated. You may stop using the App and delete your account in the App's settings at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that dating or communication will lead to any particular outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Maksym Shtohryn is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the actions of other users. You interact with other people at your own risk and should exercise reasonable caution. We do not conduct identity, background, or criminal record checks of users.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available in the App with its date indicated. By continuing to use the App, you accept the updated terms.
